L’organisation qualité vise à améliorer constamment la qualité de nos produits et services. Les objectifs sont clairs :
- Analyser et supprimer les anomalies
- Améliorer la qualité de production
- Contrôler la qualité selon un cahier des charges strict
Les tâches du service qualité ne s’arrêtent pas simplement à veiller au bon respect des normes qualité.
Le management est une composante non-négligeable du service organisation qualité. La direction de l’entreprise attache une grande importance à l’intégration du personnel dans la démarche qualité. La mission du responsable QHSE est de veiller à l’application des directives et rester à l’écoute des employés, tandis que ces derniers s’acquittent de leurs tâches en respectant minutieusement les procédures et en faisant remonter leurs suggestions.
